A Los Angeles District Attorney investigator and his wife have been killed in a horror T-bone car crash that left their vehicle completely mangled.
Emilio Guerrero, 52, and Annabel Guerrero, 47, died in the collision in Downey, California, just after 2pm on Sunday. Their vehicle, which was driven by Emilio, crashed into another car, driven by a 60-year-old man.
The wreck, which occurred at the intersection of Paramount Boulevard and Gardendale Street, killed the mom and dad - who were parents to two young daughters.
Pictures from the scene showed a silver pickup truck with severe front-end damage and a mangled dark vehicle crashed into a pole.

Emilio Guerrero was a sergeant with the LA County BOI, and his wife Annabel Guerrero was a teacher with the Downey Unified School District.
Police did not say if the other driver, who is a resident of South Gate, was injured in the crash. But a third victim was taken to hospital with injuries.
The other drive has not been named.
District Attorney George Gascón wrote in a statement: 'It is with profound sadness that I share the devastating news of the untimely passing of LADA Bureau of Investigation's Sergeant Emilio Guerrero and his wife Annabel.
